Returns/Refunds

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted goods to us unworn, in its original condition and shoe box within120 working days from the date of dispatch together with a copy of our return form. Shoe Superstore kindly offers ONE free return with all orders, all subsequent returns are to be returned at the customers cost.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.

Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal account) within 1-5 working days of receiving the good/s at our Head Office.
