Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, subject to availability. Simply return your unwanted goods to us unworn, in its original condition and shoe box within 30 working days from the date of dispatch together with a copy of our return form. Please contact us directly on 1300 996 077 or email us at askme@shoesuperstore.com.au to obtain a copy of our return form.

Shoe Superstore kindly offers ONE free return with all orders, all subsequent returns are to be returned at the customers cost.

Exchanged goods will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned to our Head Office.

Alternatively if more convenient, you may exchange your goods at a Shoe Superstore store. You must provide receipt of purchase or your exchange cannot be processed in store.

N.B. If your payment method for your order is via PayPal, you cannot exchange your goods at a Shoe Superstore store.
