Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority; that's why we guarantee every item we sell. If, for any reason, your purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn or unused items within 120 days from the date of dispatch for an exchange or refund (items must be unworn and in original packaging).

Shoe Superstore kindly offers ONE free return with all orders, all subsequent returns are to be returned at the customers cost.

You may visit any one of our Shoe Superstore stores for an exchange or refund* with your packing slip.

*You may only return items for a refund to any one of our stores for a refund if you have paid by Credit Card, all PayPal returns for refunds must be returned to our Head Office.
