The Shoe Superstore will rectify any products delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Before returning your damaged delivery or incorrect supply please notify our Customer Service on 1300 996 077 or email us at askme@shoesuperstore.com.au for advice before returning the item.
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged goods when possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s).
