The estimated delivery date for orders depends on your delivery location. From the date of dispatch, we estimate your order may be delivered in: 

1-2 business days - NSW / ACT 
2-3 business days - VIC / QLD 
4-5 business days - SA / TAS 
4-6 business days - WA / NT 

Please allow additional 1-4 business days on top of the above times for regional areas. 

All orders are dispatched via eParcel with Australia Post. A signature is required on all deliveries; therefore someone must be present to accept the parcel. If a signature cannot be obtained on delivery, parcels are taken to your nearest Post Office for later collection at your earliest convenience. For this reason, we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours. 

Shoe Superstore does not deliver to PO boxes.

Return your unworn item/s within 120 days! 

Your satisfaction is our top priority, that's why we guarantee every item we sell. If for any reason, your purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn items within 120 days from the date of dispatch for an exchange or refund.

All purchases will receive a Return Form, in order to return your order to us you will need to fill out the Return Form and return to us via our Reply Paid address - please see the Return Form for further details.

In the event you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer care team on 1300 996 077 where they will gladly assist you.

You may return your purchase to any of our Shoe Superstore stores for an exchange only, all returns for a refund must be returned to our warehouse (proof of purchase is required i.e. packing slip).
