Returns/Refunds

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted goods to us unworn, in its original condition and shoe box within 21 working days from the date of dispatch together with a copy of our return form. Please contact us directly on 1300 996 077 or email us at askme@shoesuperstore.com.au to obtain a copy of our return form.

We will not be accepting returns from the period of 23rd August up until the 1st of September due to renovations - please call us directly on 1300 996 077 should you have a return.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.

Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal account) within 1-5 working days of receiving the good/s at our Head Office.
