Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority; that’s why we guarantee every item we sell. If, for any reason, your purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn or unused items within 21 days from the date of dispatch for an exchange or refund (items must be unworn and in original packaging).
We will not be accepting returns from the period of 23rd August up until the 1st of September due to renovations.

You may visit any one of our Shoe Superstore stores for an exchange only with receipt of purchase. All returns that are to be refunded are to be sent directly to our Head Office.
