Ordering Process

Once you have placed your order, your credit card will not be debited until we process your order. You will receive an email confirmation. However, if you pay via PayPal you will be automatically debited.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours (business working days) and refund your PayPal account for the full amount within 2 working days. If you paid via credit card, you would not have been charged at this stage.

Checkout page – if you request your order to be delivered to a place of business, we ask that you add the business name to address line 1 or 2 to ensure your shoes are delivered to the right company in your building.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
