Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style you may do so, subject to availability. Simply return your unwanted goods to us unworn, in its original condition and shoe box within 21 working days from the date of dispatch together with a copy of our Return Form

Exchanged goods will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned to our Head Office.

Alternatively if more convenient, you may exchange your goods at a Shoe Superstore store. You must provide receipt of purchase or your exchange cannot be processed in store.

N.B. If your payment method for your order is via PayPal, you cannot exchange your goods at a Shoe Superstore store.
