The Shoe Superstore will rectify any products delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied.  

Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods via Registered Post with Australia Post to:

You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged goods when possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s).
