Damaged Deliveries or Incorrect Supply

The Shoe Superstore will rectify any products delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied.  

Before returning your damaged delivery or incorrect supply please notify our Customer Service on 1300 996 077 or email us at adkme@shoesuperstore.com.au for advice before returning the item.

We will not be accepting returns from the period of 23rd August up until the 1st of September due to renovations - please call us directly on 1300 996 077 should you have a return.

You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged goods when possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s).
