Conditions of Delivery

We deliver via Australian Air Express, Fastway and Australia Post eParcel depending on your location. A signature is required on all deliveries and therefore someone must be present to accept the package.

For Australian Air Express and Fastway deliveries, parcels are returned to their depot if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact these couriers in this instance.

For Australia Post eParcel deliveries, parcels are taken to the nearest Post Office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery for later collection by you, a card notifying you of this will be left with which Post Office your parcel has been taken to.

For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours.
